§ 1 Geltungsbereich und Anbieter
(1) Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen, die Sie über den Shop auf https://postapocalyptic-diy.com tätigen.

(3) Verbraucher im Sinne dieser AGB ist jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu Zwecken abschließt, die überwiegend weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden können.
(4) Unternehmer im Sinne dieser AGB ist eine natürliche oder juristische Person oder eine rechtsfähige Personengesellschaft, die bei Abschluss eines Rechtsgeschäfts in Ausübung ihrer gewerblichen oder selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit handelt.
§ 2 Vertragsschluss
(1) Die Darstellung der Produkte im Shop ist kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung.
(2) Mit einem Klick auf die Schaltfläche des gewünschten Liefergebiets gelangen Sie auf die Bezahlseite unseres Zahlungsdienstleisters Stripe. Dort geben Sie Ihre Liefer- und Zahlungsdaten ein, sehen vor der Bestellung alle Angaben einschließlich Gesamtpreis und Versandkosten und können Ihre Eingaben jederzeit korrigieren. Mit dem Klick auf die Schaltfläche „Bezahlen“ geben Sie eine verbindliche, zahlungspflichtige Bestellung ab.
(3) Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald Ihre Zahlung erfolgreich abgeschlossen ist. Sie erhalten anschließend eine Bestätigung mit Beleg und Rechnung per E-Mail.
(4) Die Vertragssprache ist Deutsch.
(5) Den Vertragstext speichern wir nicht in einer für Sie abrufbaren Form. Ihre Bestelldaten erhalten Sie mit der Bestätigung per E-Mail. Diese AGB können Sie jederzeit auf dieser Seite einsehen und ausdrucken.
§ 3 Produkthinweise
(1) Das multiACE USB-Adapterkabel verbindet eine Anycubic ACE Pro oder ACE Pro 2 mit dem USB-Anschluss eines Klipper-basierten Druckers oder Rechners. Voraussetzungen und Lieferumfang stehen in der Produktbeschreibung.
(2) Für den Betrieb wird das ACE-eigene Verbindungskabel benötigt, das nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten ist. Für die ACE Pro 2 ist die Firmware ab Version 1.1.31 erforderlich.
(3) Das Kabel ist kein Originalzubehör von Anycubic oder Snapmaker. Markennamen dienen nur der Angabe der Kompatibilität.
(4) Die Software mUlt1ACE ist nicht Gegenstand dieses Kaufvertrags. Änderungen an der Software des Druckers erfolgen auf eigene Verantwortung.
§ 4 Preise und Zahlung
(1) Alle Preise sind Endpreise. Bei Lieferungen innerhalb Deutschlands enthalten sie die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer von 19 %. Hinzu kommen die auf der Produktseite und im Bestellvorgang angegebenen Versandkosten.
(2) Bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der EU wird keine deutsche Umsatzsteuer erhoben; der angezeigte Preis gilt unverändert. Zölle, Einfuhrumsatzsteuer und Gebühren im Zielland trägt der Käufer, soweit auf der Seite „Versand und Zahlung“ nichts anderes angegeben ist.
(3) Es stehen die im Bestellvorgang angezeigten Zahlungsarten zur Verfügung, zum Beispiel Kreditkarte, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal oder Klarna. Welche Zahlungsarten angezeigt werden, hängt unter anderem von Ihrem Land und Gerät ab.
(4) Die Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt über Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Irland. Bei Zahlung mit Klarna erfolgt die Abwicklung über Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Schweden.
§ 5 Lieferung und Versand
(1) Wir liefern nach Deutschland und in die auf der Produktseite genannten Länder außerhalb der EU. In andere EU-Länder liefern wir derzeit nicht.
(2) Die Versandkosten betragen pro Bestellung: Deutschland 4,00 €, Länder außerhalb der EU 8,00 €, USA 22,00 € bis 32,00 € je nach Stückzahl (inklusive US-Einfuhrabgaben). Die genauen Beträge werden vor der Bestellung angezeigt.
(3) Die Lieferzeit beträgt innerhalb Deutschlands 2–4 Werktage und ins Ausland 5–15 Werktage ab Zahlungseingang.

§ 6 Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die gelieferte Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.
§ 7 Mängelhaftung (Gewährleistung)
(1) Es gelten die gesetzlichen Mängelhaftungsrechte.
(2) Kein Mangel sind Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Verwendung entstehen, zum Beispiel durch Anschluss an andere Geräte als das ACE-Verbindungskabel, Umbau der Stecker oder Umstecken der Kontakte.
(3) Bitte prüfen Sie die Ware nach Erhalt auf Vollständigkeit und Transportschäden und melden Sie Beanstandungen möglichst schnell an info@postapocalyptic-diy.com. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte bleiben davon unberührt.
§ 8 Haftung
(1) Wir haften unbeschränkt für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz.
(2) Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung einer wesentlichen Vertragspflicht (Kardinalpflicht). In diesem Fall ist die Haftung auf den vorhersehbaren, typischerweise eintretenden Schaden begrenzt.
(3) Die Haftung für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit bleibt unberührt.
§ 9 Widerrufsrecht
Verbrauchern steht ein Widerrufsrecht nach Maßgabe der Widerrufsbelehrung zu. Dort können Sie den Vertrag auch online widerrufen.
§ 10 Streitbeilegung
(1) Die Plattform der EU-Kommission zur Online-Streitbeilegung wurde am 20.07.2025 eingestellt.
(2) Wir sind nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
§ 11 Schlussbestimmungen
(1) Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Bei Verbrauchern gilt diese Rechtswahl nur, soweit dadurch nicht der Schutz durch zwingende Bestimmungen des Rechts des Staates entzogen wird, in dem der Verbraucher seinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hat.
(2) Ist der Kunde Kaufmann, juristische Person des öffentlichen Rechts oder öffentlich-rechtliches Sondervermögen, ist Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten aus diesem Vertrag unser Sitz.
(3) Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

(3) A consumer within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.
(4) A trader within the meaning of these terms and conditions is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
(1) The presentation of the products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the button for the desired delivery area, you are taken to the payment page of our payment service provider Stripe. There you enter your delivery and payment details, see all details including the total price and shipping costs before placing your order, and can correct your entries at any time. By clicking the “Pay” button (“Bezahlen” in German), you place a binding order with an obligation to pay.
(3) The contract is concluded as soon as your payment has been successfully completed. You will then receive a confirmation with a receipt and an invoice by email.
(4) The language of the contract is German.
(5) We do not store the contract text in a form that you can access. You will receive your order details with the confirmation by email. You can view and print these terms and conditions on this page at any time.
§ 3 Product information
(1) The multiACE USB adapter cable connects an Anycubic ACE Pro or ACE Pro 2 to the USB port of a Klipper-based printer or computer. The requirements and the scope of delivery are stated in the product description.
(2) Operation requires the ACE’s own connection cable, which is not included in the scope of delivery. The ACE Pro 2 requires firmware version 1.1.31 or later.
(3) The cable is not an original accessory from Anycubic or Snapmaker. Brand names are used only to indicate compatibility.
(4) The mUlt1ACE software is not part of this purchase contract. Changes to the printer’s software are made at your own responsibility.
§ 4 Prices and payment
(1) All prices are final prices. For deliveries within Germany, they include the statutory VAT of 19%. The shipping costs stated on the product page and during the ordering process are charged in addition.
(2) For deliveries to countries outside the EU, no German VAT is charged; the price displayed applies unchanged. Customs duties, import VAT and fees in the country of destination are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise stated on the “Versand und Zahlung” (Shipping and payment) page.
(3) The payment methods displayed during the ordering process are available, for example credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna. Which payment methods are displayed depends, among other things, on your country and device.
(4) Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. For payments with Klarna, processing is handled by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.
§ 5 Delivery and shipping
(1) We deliver to Germany and to the countries outside the EU named on the product page. We currently do not deliver to other EU countries.
(2) Shipping costs per order: Germany €4.00, countries outside the EU €8.00, USA €22.00 to €32.00 depending on the quantity (US import duties included). The exact amounts are shown before you order.
(3) The delivery time is 2–4 working days within Germany and 5–15 working days abroad, from receipt of payment.
(4) Details are given on the “Versand und Zahlung” (Shipping and payment) page.
§ 6 Retention of title
The goods delivered remain our property until payment has been made in full.
§ 7 Liability for defects (statutory warranty)
(1) The statutory rights in respect of defects apply.
(2) Damage caused by improper use does not constitute a defect, for example damage caused by connecting the cable to devices other than the ACE connection cable, by modifying the connectors or by rearranging the contacts.
(3) Please check the goods for completeness and transport damage after receipt and report any complaints to info@postapocalyptic-diy.com as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
§ 8 Liability
(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
(2) In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage that typically occurs.
(3) Liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
§ 9 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal policy. You can also withdraw from the contract online there.
§ 10 Dispute resolution
(1) The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
(2) We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body.
§ 11 Final provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
(2) If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our place of business.
(3) Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
