To use the new Parked Head Background Swap mode, two hardware modifications are required.
Still experimental. Even though this mode is now part of the release, it is
still considered experimental. Even with the new hardware, contamination from the park
position can end up in the print.
New waste bin
A new waste bin is needed, so filament scraps can also be collected in the park position.

Nozzle wipers
You need four adapted nozzle wipers. Each one has to be fitted with the shown parts from the original wiper and an additional cleaning pad (available from Snapmaker).

The assembled wiper then looks like this. One left and three right wipers have to be replaced, they are marked.
Use at your own risk. This is a DIY modification that permanently alters
parts of your printer. Modifying your hardware may affect your manufacturer warranty.
