1. Liefergebiete und Versandkosten

Die Versandkosten gelten pro Bestellung und werden vor dem Bezahlen angezeigt.

Deutschland: 4,00 €
Länder außerhalb der EU: 8,00 €
USA: 22,00 € für 1 Kabel, 25,00 € für 2, 28,00 € für 3, 32,00 € für 4 Kabel (inklusive US-Einfuhrabgaben)

Nicht beliefert werden derzeit: EU-Länder außer Deutschland, Vereinigtes Königreich, Norwegen, Island, Liechtenstein, Russland und Belarus.

2. Versandart und Lieferzeit

Wir versenden mit Deutsche Post / DHL. Auslandssendungen erhalten eine Zollinhaltserklärung.

Lieferzeit ab Zahlungseingang: Deutschland 2–4 Werktage, Ausland 5–15 Werktage. Die Laufzeit im Ausland hängt auch von der Zollabfertigung im Zielland ab.

3. Zölle und Einfuhrabgaben

Bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der EU wird keine deutsche Umsatzsteuer berechnet. Im Zielland können Zölle, Einfuhrumsatzsteuer und Gebühren des Zustellers anfallen; diese trägt der Käufer.

Schweiz: Bei kleinen Sendungen fällt in der Regel keine Einfuhrsteuer an (Steuerbetrag bis 5 CHF).
USA: Die US-Einfuhrabgaben sind im Versandpreis enthalten und werden von uns vorab an den US-Zoll abgeführt. Bei der Zustellung fällt nichts an.

4. Zahlung

Die Bezahlung erfolgt über unseren Zahlungsdienstleister Stripe. Angeboten werden die im Bestellvorgang angezeigten Zahlungsarten, zum Beispiel Kreditkarte, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal oder Klarna. Nach der Zahlung erhalten Sie Beleg und Rechnung per E-Mail.

5. Warenprüfung

Bitte prüfen Sie die Sendung nach Erhalt auf Vollständigkeit und Transportschäden. Transportschäden dokumentieren Sie bitte mit Fotos und melden sie an info@postapocalyptic-diy.com. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte bleiben davon unberührt.

7. Entsorgung von Elektrogeräten

Das Kabel ist ein Elektrogerät (WEEE-Reg.-Nr. DE 71304701) und gehört nicht in den Hausmüll (Symbol der durchgestrichenen Abfalltonne). In Deutschland können Sie es kostenlos bei den kommunalen Sammelstellen abgeben; im Ausland gelten die örtlichen Regeln für Elektroschrott. Es enthält keine Batterien und speichert keine personenbezogenen Daten. Ausführliche Hinweise stehen im Beipackzettel.

1. Delivery areas and shipping costs

Shipping costs apply per order and are displayed before you pay.

Germany: €4.00
Countries outside the EU: €8.00
USA: €22.00 for 1 cable, €25.00 for 2, €28.00 for 3, €32.00 for 4 cables (US import duties included)

We currently do not deliver to: EU countries other than Germany, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Russia and Belarus.

2. Shipping method and delivery time

We ship with Deutsche Post / DHL. International shipments are sent with a customs declaration.

Delivery time from receipt of payment: Germany 2–4 working days, abroad 5–15 working days. The transit time abroad also depends on customs clearance in the country of destination.

3. Customs duties and import charges

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, no German VAT is charged. Customs duties, import VAT and carrier fees may be due in the country of destination; these are borne by the buyer.

Switzerland: For small shipments, no import tax is usually charged (tax amount up to CHF 5).
USA: US import duties are included in the shipping price and paid by us to US customs in advance. Nothing is due on delivery.

4. Payment

Payment is made through our payment service provider Stripe. The payment methods offered are those displayed during the ordering process, for example credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna. After payment, you will receive a receipt and an invoice by email.

5. Inspection of goods

Please check the shipment for completeness and transport damage after receipt. Please document any transport damage with photos and report it to info@postapocalyptic-diy.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Disposal of electrical equipment

The cable is electrical equipment (WEEE reg. no. DE 71304701) and must not be disposed of with household waste (crossed-out wheeled bin symbol). In Germany you can return it free of charge at municipal collection points; abroad, local e-waste rules apply. It contains no batteries and stores no personal data.
